FOUNDER'S VISION

LATE SHRI SATISH HAWARE

Haware Group has been consistently championing efforts to offer affordable housing to all strata’s of society. The seeds of this vision was sown by none other than the Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of the company, late Shri Satish Haware. Having come from a humble background and having seen the housing related challenges of the common man from close quarters, he took it upon himself to solve this problem.

From these experiences emerged “Haware Builders”, the organization which is taking giant strides in the budget and affordable housing spaces powered by the vision of late Shri Satish Haware, the organization has successfully executed multiple projects and many more are in the pipeline. We at Haware Engineers & Builders Pvt. Ltd. would always be indebted to Shri Satish Haware, and would always be inspired by his vision and promise to take his mission forward.

Haware Engineers & Builders Private Limited was established in 1994 and is registered with Registrar of Companies (ROC) as a private limited company under Indian Companies Act 1956. The company is a privately owned real estate development, construction and marketing company with offices in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane. The company ranks highest amongst the leading builders and developers in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai areas.

Our portfolio includes residential projects, commercial complexes, infotech parks, shopping malls, multiplexes and townships; more than 125 projects and 40 million square feet area in aggregate along with hundreds of acres of residential and commercial land under various stages of planning and development.

DIRECTOR'S VISION

PRAVIN HAWARE

Mr. Pravin Haware is the Director of Haware Group. He is the chairman of Haware Group which is a holding company with diverse activities in the real estate arena. Haware Group is engaged in various real estate activities which include realty development, infrastructure, construction, property management, mall development, residential and IT parks.

Mr. Pravin Haware has 25 years of experience in the field of real estate. He started his career with late Shri Satish Haware, the founder of Haware. In the year 1995, he became a director in the group and was responsible for setting up the group’s first real estate projects which include Haware Builders and Haware Developers in Mumbai. Since then, he has been associated with the group in various leadership roles, and has played a vital role in developing various real estate projects. He is currently the director of Haware Group and is actively involved in various real estate activities of the group.

More than decades of reputed standing in the markets of Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Thane reflects the organization's acknowledgement by its target audience.
